New clients are welcome, by appointment only. Check out our Frequently Asked Questions page or give us a call at 250-652-3131 and one of our friendly staff will be happy to answer all your questions and book an appointment. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard or Debit, and we happily accept cash, but have a sparse float and therefore have difficulty making change for you at this time.
For after hours emergencies, please contact WAVES Veterinary Emergency at 778-432-4322 located at 947 Langford Parkway OR Central Victoria Veterinary Hospital at 250-475-2495 located at 760 Roderick Street. They are BOTH open for emergencies 24hrs a day/7 days a week and have a Veterinarian on duty 24hrs a day. Please call before arriving and they will direct you further.
