At Brentwood Bay Veterinary Clinic, we’re proud to provide compassionate, comprehensive veterinary care for dogs and cats in Brentwood Bay and the surrounding communities. Whether your pet is visiting for an annual checkup, treatment for an illness or injury, or a scheduled surgical procedure, our goal is to deliver exceptional medical care while making every visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible. We’re committed to partnering with pet owners to help their companions live long, healthy, and happy lives.
Reception Area
Our reception area is home to our in-house veterinary pharmacy and a carefully selected range of veterinarian-recommended products to support your pet’s health. We stock prescription medications, prescription pet foods, dental care products, flea and tick prevention, parasite control, shampoos, supplements, and other wellness products. If we don’t have a particular medication or specialty diet in stock, we’re often able to special order it for our clients.
Our regular ordering day is Tuesday. If your pet requires a specialty medication or prescription diet, please contact us before 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, and we’ll typically have your order available for pickup the following day.
Examination Rooms
Our comfortable examination rooms provide a quiet, welcoming environment where you can meet with one of our veterinarians to discuss your pet’s health. Whether your visit is for a wellness exam, vaccinations, a new medical concern, or a follow-up appointment, we’ll take the time to perform a thorough physical examination and answer your questions.
During your appointment, we may discuss nutrition, weight management, parasite prevention, dental health, behaviour, senior pet care, and other recommendations tailored to your pet’s unique needs.
Treatment Area
Our treatment area is where many of our day-to-day and outpatient veterinary procedures take place. This space allows our veterinary team to deliver prompt, efficient medical treatment in a fully equipped clinical environment.
Common treatments include wound care, urinary issues, diagnostic procedures, surgery preparation, and supportive care for sick or recovering pets. This area is also equipped for professional veterinary dentistry, including dental examinations, ultrasonic scaling, polishing, and dental extractions when necessary.
Surgical Area
Our dedicated surgical suite is equipped with modern technology to provide safe, high-quality veterinary surgery for your pet. We perform a variety of routine and advanced procedures, including spays, neuters, soft tissue surgeries, and other medically necessary operations.
Every surgical patient receives an individualized anesthetic plan, continuous monitoring throughout their procedure, and attentive nursing care before, during, and after surgery. We closely monitor vital signs and provide effective pain management to help ensure a safe procedure and a smooth recovery.
